Who we are
TriAxiom Tech (“we”, “us”) is a consulting and delivery business registered in India, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@triaxiomtech.org.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our inquiry form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, the service you are interested in, your country or region and time zone (both optional), and your message. We also keep the emails we exchange and notes from any calls.
When you visit the website. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load content from third parties. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to manage the engagement.
- To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
Legal bases
EU and UK (GDPR and UK GDPR). We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on legal obligations for record keeping.
India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We process the personal data you voluntarily provide for the purpose for which you provided it, and on your consent where required.
United States, including California. We collect only the information described above, for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Formspree, Inc., which receives inquiry form submissions.
- Our email and office software provider, which stores our email and documents.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
We are based in India, so data you send us from other countries is transferred to and processed in India, and may be processed by our service providers in other countries. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for 24 months after our last contact if we do not start working together. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymize the data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict our use of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email info@triaxiomtech.org. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the authority in your EU country, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, for example if we add analytics to the website, and change the date at the top.
